Shipping policy

Shipping Information: I am shipping worldwide with DHL (always incl. tracking and insurance up to 50,-€)
Please allow up to 2 weeks for me to send off your items.
Orders within Germany then usually take 2-3 days.
International orders can take up to 3 weeks.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier’s website.

International Shipping and Customs Fees: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Return and Refund Policy: For returns and exchanges, please refer to our return policy. I offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
